Should I choose the AWS D1.1 or API 1104 CWI track?
D1.1 is the structural steel track; API 1104 is the pipeline track. Choose the Part C codebook appropriate to your exam selection and work. Both courses include the fundamentals and practical-evaluation preparation.
Is this the same as CWI nine-year recertification?
No. This course prepares candidates for the CWI examination. Existing CWIs pursuing a continuing-education recertification route should review the separate CWI nine-year course and AWS's current requirements.
