Refund Policy

1. Refund Guarantee

If an individual course or bundle you purchased is not right for you, request a refund before more than 30 minutes of training has been recorded in connection with that purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. No reason is required for a request covered by this guarantee, although your feedback helps us improve.

2. After 30 Minutes of Training

Once more than 30 minutes of training has been recorded in connection with the purchase, the purchase is not covered by the refund guarantee and is generally not refundable. Any refund request made after that point is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at NDT Academy's discretion, and submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. This limit applies to individual course purchases, bundle purchases, and training accessed through a corporate purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. How to Request

Email refunds@ndtacademy.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the applicable course or purchase, purchase date, and receipt or order information when available. Requests made after 30 minutes of training must state the reason you are requesting a refund.

4. Corporate Credits and Legacy Seat Packs

Corporate credit orders and legacy seat-pack purchases are also reviewed case by case. Contact us before assigning or spending credits that you may ask us to refund. A refund cannot reduce a legacy seat-pack limit below the existing roster count.

5. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically arrive within 5-10 business days. A refunded course purchase revokes access to that course. Approved corporate refunds are reconciled in the credit ledger, and an approved legacy seat-pack refund lowers its historical seat limit. Training records created before the refund are retained under our records policy. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
