Create your company workspace and purchase training credits. Assigning a course reserves its current credit cost, so you can plan training around the methods each technician needs.

03

Assign and follow progress

Manage your roster, assign courses, and see recorded training hours and assessment progress. Your team learns in the same academy while administrators manage the company program.

04

Review and release training records

Manage certificate and transcript release, review training evidence, and export records for your qualification files. Your employer retains responsibility for certification and any required practical training and examinations.

Questions about company training

Do we buy seats or training credits?
Company accounts use training credits to assign courses. Review the current credit cost of each course before assigning it. Your roster and the courses each technician needs determine your training plan.
Can our Responsible Level III review the training before we buy?
Yes. Public course outlines, lesson samples, instructor information, and sample training records are available before enrollment. Your Responsible Level III should compare the course scope with your written practice and any practical training or examination requirements.
What records can our company review?
Company administrators can follow course assignments, recorded training hours and assessment progress, and manage certificate and transcript release. The employer review materials show the format of the training records without exposing student information.
Does completing a course certify our technicians?
Course completion documents formal training. Employer qualification and certification, practical experience, vision requirements, and required examinations remain governed by the applicable standard and your written practice. A third-party certification program may have different requirements.
Can a team outside the United States use this training?
The courses are delivered online in English. Before enrolling, confirm that the course content and training records meet your employer's requirements and the rules of the certification body or jurisdiction involved. Completion does not establish acceptance by every national or third-party certification scheme.
