This is the AWS QC1 Section 16 recertification-by-training course. It refreshes CWI fundamentals, practical inspection, and code application in API 1104 and AWS D1.1, then closes with a capstone assessment and a documented PDH package for AWS submission.

For Certified Welding Inspectors at the nine-year recertification mark who choose continuing education instead of sitting the recertification exam again. QC1 Section 16 sets the training route, the timing rules, and the documentation AWS reviews.
