Academic Integrity Policy
NDTAcademy.com, LLC
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
1. Standard
Every training record on the Platform must reflect work genuinely performed by the named student. This policy defines violations, how we detect and adjudicate them, and the consequences, up to permanent certificate revocation.
2. Violations
(a) Impersonation, anyone other than the verified account holder completing lessons, logging hours, or taking any assessment; (b) examination misconduct, unauthorized assistance or reference material on closed-book assessments, capturing or distributing examination content, or obtaining answers in advance; (c) record falsification, automating engagement, manipulating client requests, or otherwise creating training evidence not backed by genuine activity; (d) identity fraud, false documents or another person’s identity in verification; (e) facilitation, helping another student do any of the above.
3. How Integrity Is Enforced Technically
Government-ID + selfie identity verification before coursework, and a fresh identity check-in immediately before every certification final and certificate issuance; active-engagement time tracking that pauses on idle or hidden tabs, with server-side caps and rate limits; certificates issued only server-side after all evidence gates pass (lessons, passing final, full formal hours logged); append-only attempt/time records and an immutable, versioned certificate registry with public verification.
4. Investigation and Adjudication
Suspected violations are investigated by reviewing the complete evidence trail (attempts, time logs, identity checks, audit logs). The student is notified in writing, shown the substance of the evidence, and given 10 business days to respond before a final determination. Findings and sanctions are documented in the audit log.
5. Sanctions
Depending on severity: voided attempts or hours (retraining required); course failure; suspension or termination of the account; and revocation of certificates obtained in violation. Revoked certificates remain permanently in the registry marked REVOKED, and anyone verifying the certificate sees that status. Where an employer relied on a revoked record and the student consents, or where we are legally required, we may notify the employer.
6. Appeals
A student may appeal a determination within 30 days to integrity@NDTAcademy.com with any new evidence; appeals are decided by a reviewer not involved in the original determination.
