Copyright Policy
NDTAcademy.com, LLC
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All course materials on the Platform, written lessons, teaching videos, narration audio, diagrams and figures, interactive trainers and simulators, question banks, certificate designs, and software, are the property of NDTAcademy.com, LLC or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. © 2026 NDTAcademy.com, LLC. All rights reserved.
2. Permitted Use
Enrolled students may stream and view content for their own training and may print or download only materials we expressly mark downloadable (e.g., your own certificates and transcript). Any other reproduction, distribution, public display, screen recording, scraping, or creation of derivative works, including using Platform content or question banks to build or train competing products or machine-learning systems, is prohibited without our prior written consent.
3. Third-Party Standards and Marks
Industry documents referenced in training (e.g., ANSI/ASNT CP-105, SNT-TC-1A, CP-189, NAS410, and ASTM/AWS/ASME standards) are the copyrighted property of their respective publishers. The Platform teaches from originally authored instructional material aligned to those documents; it does not grant you any license to the standards themselves, which must be obtained from their publishers. All third-party names and marks are the property of their owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
4. Content Provenance
Platform media is originally authored by NDT Academy, including AI-assisted assets (photorealistic training imagery and narration voiceovers) generated under commercial licenses from our AI tooling providers, with generation records retained as provenance documentation. We maintain an internal content-licensing register; suspected third-party material found on the Platform will be removed or licensed promptly on notice.
5. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, follow the notice procedure in our DMCA Policy or write to copyright@NDTAcademy.com. We investigate all claims, remove or replace confirmed infringing material, and terminate repeat infringers.
6. Student Submissions
If you submit feedback, error reports, or forum content, you retain ownership but grant NDT Academy a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Platform. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share, including your employer’s procedures or other proprietary documents.
