Export Control Statement
NDTAcademy.com, LLC
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
1. Nature of Our Content
NDT Academy provides instruction in the fundamentals of nondestructive testing methods (VT, PT, MT, UT, ET, RT and radiation safety) aligned to publicly published industry outlines (ANSI/ASNT CP-105). The Platform is designed to teach only generally available, commodity-level NDT theory of the kind found in published textbooks and standards. It is intended to qualify as published / publicly available educational material and general scientific principles rather than controlled technical data under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
2. What We Do Not Provide
The Platform does not host customer drawings, defense articles, program-specific technique sheets, or employer procedures. Students and companies must not upload or submit export-controlled technical data (ITAR technical data, EAR-controlled technology) to the Platform, including in support tickets, feedback, or revision requests.
3. Sanctions Compliance
We do not knowingly provide services to persons in embargoed jurisdictions or to parties on U.S. restricted-party lists (e.g., OFAC SDN, BIS Entity List). Payment screening is performed by our payment processor; we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where required by U.S. law.
4. Your Responsibilities
You represent that you are not located in an embargoed jurisdiction, are not a restricted party, and will not access the Platform in violation of U.S. export or sanctions law. If your employer’s work involves controlled programs, direction of your on-the-job training and any controlled technical content remains solely your employer’s responsibility.
