Content protection: scraping, bulk-downloading, screen-recording, or redistributing course content or question banks; sharing account credentials; using Platform content to build or train competing products or machine-learning systems.
Commerce: fraudulent payments, abuse of refunds or promotions, or reselling access or corporate credits without a written reseller agreement.
General: impersonation; unlawful, harassing, or defamatory submissions; interfering with the service (including denial-of-service or excessive automated load); violating applicable law, including export-control law (see the Export Control Statement).
3. Responsible Security Disclosure
We welcome good-faith vulnerability reports at security@NDTAcademy.com (see security.txt). Good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, data destruction, and service degradation will not be treated as a violation of this policy.
4. Enforcement
