1. Commitment
NDTAcademy.com, LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (“DMCA”).

3. Filing an Infringement Notice
Your written notice must include:
(a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform (URL); (d) your contact information (address, telephone, email); (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
4. Our Response
On receipt of a compliant notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who posted it (where applicable), and record the action. Material that is our own originally authored content will be investigated and corrected or defended as appropriate.
5. Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe that removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was erroneous; your name, address, and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., the Middle District of Florida) and to accept service from the complainant. We may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
6. Repeat Infringers; Misrepresentation
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages.
