Student Code of Conduct
NDTAcademy.com, LLC
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
1. Why This Matters
NDT Academy training records may be presented to employers, Level IIIs, auditors, and prime contractors as evidence of formal training in safety-critical inspection work. The value of every student’s certificate depends on every other student earning theirs honestly.
2. The Code
Train as yourself. Complete identity verification truthfully, keep your account personal, never share credentials, and never let anyone else complete lessons or examinations under your name.
Do the work. Engage genuinely with lessons, engagement hours are formal training evidence, not a timer to run out. Do not leave sessions running unattended or automate activity.
Test honestly. Take knowledge checks, quizzes, and finals closed-book, without assistance, answer keys, or capture/distribution of questions.
Represent your credential accurately. A certificate of formal training is not employer certification, Level qualification, or authorization to perform inspections. Do not present it as such.
Respect the community and staff. Communications with instructors, support, and other students must be professional; harassment or discrimination is not tolerated.
Respect the content. Course materials are licensed for your training only, see the Copyright Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Violations
Suspected violations are investigated under the Academic Integrity Policy. Consequences scale from a warning and voided attempts to suspension, termination, and certificate revocation. Revocations are permanent entries in the certificate record and are visible to anyone who verifies the certificate.
4. Reporting
Report conduct concerns, including a request by an employer or colleague to falsify training, to integrity@NDTAcademy.com. Good-faith reports are handled confidentially, and retaliation is itself a violation of this Code.
